Before she joined TFW Louisville, Jill was struggling.
She found it difficult to stay away from sweets, both at work and at home.
In social situations, avoiding alcohol became tough.
When she had down time, she found herself eating out of boredom.
Then she realized she needed to push the reset button.
Jill began searching for a way to exercise that she didn’t dread. It needed to be something she could stick with long-term.
But she didn’t want to do it alone.
When she found TFW Louisville, she knew she was a part of a family. There was no judgment there, only support and encouragement.
She began to prepare some of her meals for the week in advance. She would look at restaurant menus before going out to know her healthy options. She started limiting herself to one glass or a few beers on the weekend. These changes began to snowball into a healthy lifestyle, and then Jill’s transformation began to take off.
Fast forward five years, and Jill’s going strong! She’s down 40 pounds, and has managed to keep the weight off easily because of her lifestyle changes. She also continues to make huge strides in her strength gains!
