TFW Louisville takes the confusion out of training by providing group practices that are challenging and stress free. Our Coaches lead classes that encompass signature warmups, speed training, strength training and flexibility work. We do not focus on competition. We encourage students to better themselves in body, mind and spirit. TFW Louisville members get personalized practices based on their goals and needs.

    We call them practices because we are constantly training to become more. TFW encompasses detailed warm-ups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work and nutrition.
